Data received by our server: When you place an order, we receive the recipient’s Telegram username, the selected product and amount, and the transaction hash or wallet address associated with the payment.

Order fulfilment: We use this data to process and support your order. To deliver the purchased service, we may send the Telegram username and the minimum order details to Telegram, Fragment, or another fulfilment provider. Standard checkout does not require an identity-document upload.

Technical and analytics services: We use Sentry for error reporting and performance monitoring, Google Analytics to understand website usage, and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. We also use a payment provider and hosting/CDN providers to process payments and operate the website. We do not sell personal data or use Telegram usernames for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies: Google Analytics and Sentry may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for analytics, error reporting, and performance monitoring. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the website may then work differently.

Service providers and transfers: Data may be processed by Sentry, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the payment provider, hosting/CDN providers, and Telegram, Fragment, or another fulfilment provider where necessary to complete an order. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices and may process it in other countries.

Retention and deletion requests: After an order is fulfilled, we retain only the Telegram username and transaction hash as order records. These records do not have an automatic deletion period. You may request deletion by contacting support; some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Security: We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy: We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, technologies or legal obligations. The updated version and its effective date will be published on this page.
